DMAC have been appointed from the early design concept stage for the mechanical and electrical services in this office building in Dublin. Electrically, the CCTV, door access control systems and also intercom devices in this building have been upgraded as well as refurbishment in the emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. Mechanically, Heating, ventilation and air conditioning services were designed and upgraded.
