Description:

DMAC have been appointed from early concept stage on this apartment development building consisting of 17 apartments, located just across the water from the city centre, beside the famous River Foyle and a short walk from some shops, bars and restaurants, as well the city train station.

The existing building has been demolished and is to be replaced with a new and modern design in which DMAC will be providing Mechanical and Electrical services throughout.

This project is due for completion in June 2024
